Fantastic staff, service, and communication

I am visiting Longview from Sedro-Woolley, WA for a training and noticed that there was a leak in the front end of my car. I panicked since my engine was recently replaced for a new one. I went in to Etsy’s and a very nice gentleman came outside and fixed a loose bolt on the radiator and said I was all good to go. I was instantly put to ease. Thank you Etsy Auto Center for having such amazing employees. ~Adonica

The smell in the interior has been fixed and our engine front oil seal has been replaced. I'll comment again in a few weeks after we test for further oil leaks. The front desk and mechanics have great attitudes and all my questions were answered.

Great service! Also they picked me up from my house to get the car. Wife had no idea I left, but she was sure suprised that I was driving her car from the shop!

As always, excellent service and communication. I do most of my own repairs, however when I need others to perform the work I always use Estys

Wouldn't recommend them for anything but office gossip
