Longview Auto Repair

On a trip from Seattle to Portland, our check engine light came on. We stopped off at Esty's Auto (no appointment) and just asked if they could take a look. The receptionist was very kind, and went back to talk to the technicians. 2 minutes later, David came out and did a diagnostic assessment of our car. Turned out everything was fine, and they reset the light. We tried to offer a little money for their troubles, but they wouldn't accept it. Awesome, honest shop!

Great service! They offer an online link that breaks down any issues they find during their extensive inspection. Everyone was super friendly and they stayed open a little late so i could come get my truck! Thank you guys for your service, it got us safely all the way to Oklahoma!

Great communication, they sent me an appointment reminder, got me in when they said they would and diagnosed and fixed a problem that I had been chasing for months. Most importantly Dave was kind enough to try and help me diagnose the problem before I even brought it in which these days is a courtesy you won't find to often.

My wife and I were traveling with our 5th wheel and our truck broke down. It was late on a Sunday so all businesses were closed. With advice from passers by we had our truck towed to ESTY’S. They were amazing! Dave, Emily, and crew were great. Truck was fixed and we picked it up the next day. Thank you ESTY’S🙂

Fantastic service, very highly recommended. 1st time I've used them and they were phenomenal, found problem fast and repaired quickly.

Vehicle was dropped off on day one, shortly thereafter a possible problem was identified. I was called hours later and advised that the differential was the issue and I was given two options for repair. Parts were secured that afternoon and at 11am the next morning they called and advised that my vehicle was ready. I liked the fact that I had repair options and the cost for repairs came in as estimated. Great experience
