There’s not a lot places I trust when it comes to auto repair, but Esty’s has definitely earned a spot on the short list. After seeing how thorough, detail oriented, competent, and trustworthy they were when working on a coworker’s vehicle, I reached out when my truck needed an AC recharge. They were able to get me in next day when I called to make an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off and received a very friend greeting from the receptionist. Within a few hours I received a text with a link to their vehicle inspection application they use. I’ve never seen such a detailed and thorough comprehensive inspection report from an auto repair shop, especially considering I had only brought it in for an AC recharge. This was a very welcome surprise. There were a few things noted on the inspection, but at no point did they attempt to upsell me on anything, like many other shops would try to do. It turned out that my AC condenser was the culprit, and was in need of replacement. They were able to get the part in same day and make the repairs. It wasn’t the news I was hoping for, but I was thankful they were able to get it fixed so quickly. I really appreciate that they offered a first responder discount, which saved me a nice chunk of change. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be returning to Esty’s for future vehicle repairs/maintenance.
