They saved our lives! I moved to KY 5 years ago. I came to WA to visit my Mother-in-Law. Her car began making a weird noise, we thought it might be the breaks. Because my husband and took our cars to Esty’s; I took her car there. All of Esty’s Team are Wonderful, Honest People, who know cars, and they really make everyone feel welcomed. It turned out it wasn’t the breaks it was the front passenger window that was not sealing well so when we started going at the speed of 70… it caused the sound. However they were very concerned about the condition of all the tires! They told me to get them replaced right away…. Don’t even drive around town. A certain family member had said all the tires were new, that he had replaced them. He could have killed us all…. 6 of us… several times, as we had been making trips to The Legacy ER in OR! They are the Very Best! PS the sound ever happened again! I did bring the car back a few other times after that because I was getting ready to make a long drive to California in the car. Their prices & service & hospitality are the Best!

I am very happy with the service here! They were friendly. They were flexible with getting my car in on particular days. I felt pricing was fair.
