I wish I had the names of everyone that took their time to look at my vehicle. But the only name I got was Bella. My 2018 kia soul randomly did not start. I took it in after I was told at a battery place that it was my alternator. I wanted a second opinion. Esty's wasn't able to figure out the cause of it not starting BUT confirmed my alternator was great. They kept it over night to see if they could replicate the problem. They were not able to. The customer service was amazing, Bella felt bad they were not able to figure it out she said the next time it doesn't start have it towed to them to see. Well I decided to take it to the dealer just to see if they could figure it out. They didn't seem to care about finding out what was wrong like Esty's did. Well after a week after this my car didn't start. I called Esty's I got Bella she said get it towed and they would check it it out. Unfortunately the tow truck driver refused to tow it and made us start it even though I told him not to Per Bella. So the next time my car didn't start Bella sent out 2 mechanics to look at my car of course it started but they found the issue. They took so much time and truly cared where as the dealer made it seem I was a problem. And the only reason I took it there was maybe there was a recall. I will forever bring my car here. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication and squeezing my car in to get looked at. So so so grateful. There isn't enough stars in my opinion.
