Our car was overheating and we needed to get it in quickly to find the problem. Esty's got our car in and were able to diagnose the problem right away. We had a head gasket fail. They gave us information and choices about what the next steps are. We feel very fortunate to have found somewhere that has the knowledge and expertise to diagnose a problem quickly and honesty to talk through choices even if it is not cost effective to fix an older car. We absolutely recommend Esty's and will definitely take our vehicles there in the future.
