My Ford Escape had a tire pressure monitor that would not stop. Dave found a battery cable lose and replaced the battery plus another issue. They were very helpful.

I made an appointment for Ac diagnosis, the cost was a flat rate ,which every other shop i called was hourly. I seen they had a bunch of cars in the garage and was skeptical about how long my car would be. They called before I took lunch, found my issue. Now I know what to fix! Between the office people, mechanics and cost. Great place to get your vehicle worked on

This place literally saved my life! Let me explain: I had taken my car to a different mechanic for a pre-trip inspection, as I was planning a 1000-mile road trip with my kids over Spring Break and had noticed a concerning noise coming from my driver's side wheel. This other mechanic did the inspection and told me that it was my belt tensioner which needed replacing but that everything else, including suspension, was fine. I'm so thankful that I got a second opinion from Esty's. Their very kind receptionist said that I could bring my car in, at my convenience, to have it briefly looked at. Their mechanic did a brief inspection of my car, at no cost, and told me that it was actually my ball joint which (really) needed replacing! A ball joint is a big deal, especially when going on a long trip on the freeway with children! Had I taken the advice of the first place, I would have spent $1000+ on an unnecessary repair and still possibly had a wheel fall off on the trip. I'm so grateful to Esty's for their accuracy and integrity. They did a great job on the repair; the concerning wheel noise stopped, and my kids and I made our trip safely. (Another thing: Esty's charged me much less than originally quoted, when they realized that it could be done more cheaply.)

Regarding my 2015 Ford Edge Titanium A/C system troubleshooting and repair, facing a 90 + degree warm weather trend, my Edge’s A/C was blowing warm air with the A/C on, I was given a Etsy Auto repair recommendation, I’m glad I followed this advice. Front desk person was genuinely friendly and upbeat. The shop area was meticulously clean and organized. Repair took only 90 mins. I was given an update at approx. 45 mins about the repair. I was able to work remotely on my laptop from Etsy’s lobby area, utilizing their free WiFi while I waited. In my opinion, this place is a beacon of hope for auto repair shops.
