My wife and I were driving on I5 North and were hearing a very loud thumping/shaking noise coming from one of our tires to the point that we had to get off the highway and get professional help to see if it was safe to even drive. We stopped at Esty's and Dave promptly inspected our vehicle, found the issue and fixed it. We found out that our mechanic did not properly secure the tire's lug nuts and that's why it was so shaky and loud. Dave was able to twist them off with his bare hands, meaning our tire would have flown off on the highway. Dave was a literal life saver. We asked how much we owed him and he insisted that we do not pay him and that he was happy to help. We couldn't leave him a tip so I'm giving this business 5 stars for going above and beyond to help us out. We are grateful to Dave and his team. Highly recommend this auto shop of kind and helpful workers to anyone who has car issues!

Very professional. Made me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time. Very friendly, even have a sense of humor. Absolutely love Emily. Sent me a detailed, nose to tail, inspection report; nothing on it that was a surprise and didn't try to add anything that was non-essential. Wish I had found them 2 years ago. My car is 23 yrs. old and Ford doesn't want to work on it anymore. Esty's had no issues. Esty's is wonderful. I would give it 10 stars, but there is a 5 star limit. I HIGHLY recommend it.

What a place is all I can say. They shop was clean and orderly. The employees are very professional in every way , from scheduling my appointment to picking my vehicle up. I was able to get my vehicle back the next day , (Transmission and Transfer case had to be removed) to replace the Flex plate no easy task. The mechanic Rick was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed to get done. The estimate was fair for the work performed and was even a little less. I would recommend this shop if you want a quality job done. Top of the list of who to go to. All stars from me.

My 2004 ford navagator had an issue with the air suspension . Estys repaired it in one day great job! They gave me a ride home and back. They made sure I got my car for the weekend. Nice.

P/u had a problem, dealership said they could look at it in about a month. Estys checked it out first day I contacted them and had it back on the road as soon as they got the parts to fix it. The people there are great, the shop is clean and looks good and the bill was reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better experience than that.
