Great customer service and fantastic auto mechanics. Prices are very reasonable. Will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
Esty's is #1. They do great work and guarantee it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Always fixes the problem.
They got my car in and fixed it, one day after I called! I found the office staff warm and friendly. My car runs so well now. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else now.
Wont go anywhere else. Trustworthy, reasonable pricing. Worry free every time.
Great experience!! Only shop in Longview area that was able to get me in same day I called! Will do business again if needed!
Friendly welcome. Professional service. Local treasure!
Competitive price, great communication, pleasant staff, ride home and back. I didn’t ask for a multipoint inspection with the work I needed done but it was provided without trying to upsell services after the fact. All told a grade A experience.
Friendly, competent, and reasonably priced.
I love Esty Auto! They are the most trustworthy place I have ever been too in Longview. I am a young female driver and Esty is super welcoming and honest about what they are doing to my car and they gave me a free estimate before hand. The ladies at the front desk even gave me a discount for a super-expensive repair. As a new driver, this was my first time having to spend this much to fix my car and they made it such a comfortable process. I recommend this place to anyone who needs work done to their car :)
