Easy to schedule an appointment, got my vehicle in promptly when I arrived, checked my vehicle out thoroughly and provided me with a complete run down regarding what they found. Great as always. Took my old truck in with a funky noise in the front in the morning. Dave diagnosed it as bad bearings in the belt tensioner and idler pulleys. Had it fixed by 2:00.

We are absolutely baffled by the amazing service provided at Esty’s. They did extensive repairs on my F-350 diesel truck. It’s perfect since the repair. And now they are working on my 30 year old Mercedes and it’s working great. What an amazing and personalized service. Emily up front couldn’t be more helpful and amazing and friendly. She makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend. Always has full answers to my problems and gets David - our master mechanic - on our cars. David and the other mechanics are always on time, within budged, all work is always perfect and today they even were kind enough to drop off the Mercedes at my work, since I couldn’t make it to pick it up before they close. They offered it. Mind blown! Wow! Thank you. We are costumers for life!

Great customer service ! They did a great thorough inspection for my car. They were so honest of what the work my car needed to be done right now and what can be done later on. I definitely think it was not overpriced! I am thankful for them!
