Had plastic door handle replaced. Service excellent and labor cost reasonable. The cost of parts are getting out of control. Got me in same day. Great place to take your car.

I have lug bolts on my Mini and another establishment could not get my tires off. ESTY'S got them off right away without a problem. I will use them again.

About 2 years ago I brought a basket case of a truck to My Friends at ESTY'S. They have never given up in they're passion to restore and rebuild a truck that knew nothing but neglect and abuse. I'm CONFIDENT that WE will continue to work on Her til she looks and feels better. SHE RUNS LIKE THUNDER everyday...THAT'S WHY I GO TO ESTY'S !

It took almost two weeks to get an appointment, but they fixed it for a third less the price I thought it was gonna be I will go back

Amazing service

Replaced the ignition coil pack. Brought it in under the quote. Was at the shop for 1 hour and 15 min. Total. I'm impressed. The employees I spoke to were polite,professional and friendly. I have other things yo be done will be getting a quote soon.

On a trip from Seattle to Portland, our check engine light came on. We stopped off at Esty's Auto (no appointment) and just asked if they could take a look. The receptionist was very kind, and went back to talk to the technicians. 2 minutes later, David came out and did a diagnostic assessment of our car. Turned out everything was fine, and they reset the light. We tried to offer a little money for their troubles, but they wouldn't accept it. Awesome, honest shop!
