Been going to Estys for the past 3 years. It has been a wonderful experience with great customer service. However this last visit was a bit inconvenient considering I made an appointment for an oil change and specifically asked how long it would take. They stated it would be 30 mins therefore I went ahead and scheduled it because I had work appointments to attend to right after. After waiting for almost an hour since I dropped my car off, I called Estys and they said my car wasn’t in the bay yet. They stated it would be 10 mins before they could get it in. I understand the busyness of businesses, but what’s the point of having an appointment if you can’t get it in on time?
