Longview Auto Repair

These guys saved us! We were touring the west coast when our van blew up. We did a little online research and found this place and got towed. The super nice technician in the cleanest auto shop I've ever seen quickly diagnosed our issue, which was a blown head gasket (at the very least). He didn't charge us a dime for the diagnosis and didn't encourage us to go for the super expensive fix (that he could have billed us massively for). On the contrary, the guys immediately got to work helping us figure out plan B to get back on the road. They scoured craigslist for us, called and drove us to every dealership and car rental place in town. They even let us leave the van at his shop for a week while we sorted everything out. Not to mention that we rolled into the joint at 4:30 on a Friday!!! What kind of auto shop will even hear you out at that hour! 24 hours later though we were back on the road and the tour continued successfully, in large part thanks to these guys. Ken is the Man. Give him all your money!! On a more serious note, if you are in the area and need a TRUSTWORTHY autoshop (not an oxymoron), this is definitely one. Thank you Estys so very very much.

This is the best service shop in Longview. Excellent service -fair and honest. I have been taking my Honda and Toyota there since they opened. Great for the community and they are very professional. It's obvious they take pride in what they do.

This garage is legit! The owner is extremely friendly & honest. The rates are more than reasonable and half the cost of having my car serviced at the dealership. I swore I needed brakes, he swore I didn't. I finally acquiesced when he said; "Look, as much as I'd love to sell you brakes right now, we'll have to save it for later. You have a lot of brakes left and your car is exceptionally safe. I did the high speed fast brake test myself, your good!" - I will always go with honesty over cost every day and this guy is as honest as the day is long. Did I mention that you could eat off the counter it's so clean? Amazing!! I'm a customer for life!

I own an auto repair shop of my own and had a customer in Longview looking to purchase a used vehicle. I called Esty's and asked if he could help my customer out and not only did he say yes, he greeted her at the door and said he was expecting her. My customer just made it home and stopped in my shop to RAVE about the quick and kind service. I can't thank you guys enough for working with me to take care of my customer.
