The staff at Estys auto center were absolutely amazing. I had called Friday feb19/21 for an appointment to have my Kia diagnosed for an overheating issue. They got me an appointment right away for Monday the 22nd. My car was only gone for a few hours and they were able to find the issue no problem. My husband said the gal at the desk was so professional & understanding on how we had already spend several hundreds of dollars trying to find the issue, she didn’t want to take our money. He was more than happy to pay, because nobody else could figure out what was wrong! Super happy with my experience and I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends in the future. They didn't stop working on my car until it was fixed which was after hours for which I truly appreciate. Stellar customer service 10/10 would recommend

My car would not turn on because my starter was busted and had to have my car towed to this place. It took a bit but even under all the terrible weather from the snow they managed to get my car fixed and better than ever. They even offered a military discount! Great service and great communication

Not only did they fix my problems, Esty's was able to find a few other problems with my car and brought them to my attention
