Great at answering the phone, horrible at giving a quote for two days straight. Every time I called (morning and afternoon with at least a 6 hour spread between me calling them) they said they’d call me back with a quote, never did. I finally had enough and insisted they give me a quote on the spot. They insisted again they’d call me back with it...something about doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result...oh yea...insanity.

They get things done very quickly and the customer service is great, very nice people who work here and make you feel welcome. I can honestly say I trust them and don't feel cheated or lied to.

I went in for an alternator, but they tested it and said all I needed was a battery. 2 weeks later, I guess they were right. Great customer service, too. Highly recommended.
