David and his team are awesome! I am from out of town and discovered my car was leaking some kind of fluid. It was Sunday and I called Etsy's on Monday. I had my car towed. David and his team determined that the oil plug was not tightened correctly. They replaced the oil lost, fixed the plug and cleaned up the mess. I had the oiled changed prior to my trip. They went out of their way to help me. They really care about their customers.

When I called to get my 06 Suzuki's valve cover gasket replaced and let them know I had already purchased the gaskets they were more than happy to help get my care taken care of. They got me scheduled very quickly and all the staff I talked to were very pleasant and willing to explain to me anything I had questions to. I am very happy my car doesn't smell like burnt oil anymore. I would definitely work with them again for any other vehicle needs I may have in the future.

Water pump went out in my 1996 Chevy c2500 pickup. I did a lot of research locally and Esty had good reviews so I decided to take a chance. The Pro’s - The building is large and clean, they are extremely friendly and professional. The quote provided was better priced than my local dealership and ended up being the exact price so there were no surprises. They were really busy indicating to me that their work was good and reviews were good. If you sign up on their website they offer a 10% discount- unfortunately I forgot to give that to them. The Cons- the fact they were busy, they needed a few days before they could get to it. This wasn’t a problem for me and it was a holiday weekend, so it may have just been my timing. But that was the only thing. I will absolutely use them again!
