Water pump went out in my 1996 Chevy c2500 pickup. I did a lot of research locally and Esty had good reviews so I decided to take a chance. The Pro’s - The building is large and clean, they are extremely friendly and professional. The quote provided was better priced than my local dealership and ended up being the exact price so there were no surprises. They were really busy indicating to me that their work was good and reviews were good. If you sign up on their website they offer a 10% discount- unfortunately I forgot to give that to them. The Cons- the fact they were busy, they needed a few days before they could get to it. This wasn’t a problem for me and it was a holiday weekend, so it may have just been my timing. But that was the only thing. I will absolutely use them again!

I brought my truck in because the ‘Check Engine’ light came on. The staff at Esty’s were extremely easy to talk with and they were able to get my truck in the next day. They were able to solve the problem for way less ($) than I thought I was going to have to spend. It was nice being able to speak to the mechanic that personally worked on my vehicle and he was able to point out some various things I should keep my eye out on with the vehicle. These guys are only place I will ever take my vehicle to! They are upfront and honest and if they know you can get a part cheaper they will tell you so your not paying high mark ups!

Etsy’s was very accommodating. The receptionist was helpful & pleasant and they only did what was needed & their prices were reasonable. I will definitely be taking my car back whenever I have any issues with it! I will be recommending them to family & friends!

I’ve taken my vehicle to estys a few times and they are always professional and honest with me. The price is fair for the work involved and they let you know the price upfront before they begin work. Also, if there are any changes to the price they call immediately to let me know and explain why as well. I really appreciate Estys! They keep me informed with all aspects of my vehicle. They are friendly and great to deal with.
