Great professional staff!

I was from out of town and my water pump went out. They were able to get me in that same morning and do the repair and get me on my way. There employees were all super nice. I would use them every time if it was not so far away from my shop.

I'd like to recognize David and his ability to give me a quote for the service I requested over the phone. Very straightforward and informative. I've spent all day calling around to auto shops; waiting for returned calls on quotes, frustrated with the common answer of "we need to inspect the car first ". Very thankful for David's customer service and the time he took out of his day to help me. The only reason I'm not going to take my car to Esty's is because the date of service is too far out since I need the service done asap. Will consider future appointments with Esty's and be glad to have them work on my vehicle.

David and his team are awesome! I am from out of town and discovered my car was leaking some kind of fluid. It was Sunday and I called Etsy's on Monday. I had my car towed. David and his team determined that the oil plug was not tightened correctly. They replaced the oil lost, fixed the plug and cleaned up the mess. I had the oiled changed prior to my trip. They went out of their way to help me. They really care about their customers.

When I called to get my 06 Suzuki's valve cover gasket replaced and let them know I had already purchased the gaskets they were more than happy to help get my care taken care of. They got me scheduled very quickly and all the staff I talked to were very pleasant and willing to explain to me anything I had questions to. I am very happy my car doesn't smell like burnt oil anymore. I would definitely work with them again for any other vehicle needs I may have in the future.
