Went above and beyond! Originally told us we needed a new transmission but then called us back the next morning after he had done more research (at home, on his own time!!) and had a couple things he wanted to try first. He saved us so much money! We ended up not needing a new tranny. We are from out of town and they got us in same day. We have taken our car to them twice and will definitely go back. Thank you Esty's!

It was very good. My only qualm from the whole experience was the price- it was 50% higher than I thought it would be, based on what my friend told me about how much it would cost. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and professional, they gave me the information I wanted in a timely manner, they stopped me from making an ill-advised purchase, and $150 MIGHT be a fair price for an inspection. I didn’t get other quotes because they were the highest ranked auto repair shop in the area, and I thought it would be worth paying a premium to make sure the inspection was done right.

I had been calling every place I could think of to check out my AC. Everyone is booked up for weeks. I called Estys and was told to bring my truck in immediately. They jumped right on it and got everything working perfectly again. And while my air filter was off the tech saw my O ring for the turbo oil tube was leaking. They ordered the part up and had it fixed in no time at all. I can not thank them enough. Will be the only place in town I go to from now on.
