Esty’s service is incredibly fast, customer service is top-notch, pricing is fair, and they are such nice people. Following an accident they had me up and running in two days! I recommend them highly.

Dave drove me home to Rainier Or from Longview Wa after I dropped my car off. When my car was ready he picked me up from home and took me back to pick my car up. Amazing service

Replaced the ignition coil pack. Brought it in under the quote. Was at the shop for 1 hour and 15 min. Total. I'm impressed. The employees I spoke to were polite,professional and friendly. I have other things yo be done will be getting a quote soon.

On a trip from Seattle to Portland, our check engine light came on. We stopped off at Esty's Auto (no appointment) and just asked if they could take a look. The receptionist was very kind, and went back to talk to the technicians. 2 minutes later, David came out and did a diagnostic assessment of our car. Turned out everything was fine, and they reset the light. We tried to offer a little money for their troubles, but they wouldn't accept it. Awesome, honest shop!

Great service! They offer an online link that breaks down any issues they find during their extensive inspection. Everyone was super friendly and they stayed open a little late so i could come get my truck! Thank you guys for your service, it got us safely all the way to Oklahoma!

Great communication, they sent me an appointment reminder, got me in when they said they would and diagnosed and fixed a problem that I had been chasing for months. Most importantly Dave was kind enough to try and help me diagnose the problem before I even brought it in which these days is a courtesy you won't find to often.
