Esty's did me a solid today. I broke down nearby, passing through at 1AM. The tow driver took me to them, then to a nearby hotel so I could get some much needed rest. Right when they opened they called and we briefly discussed my problem. I explained I needed to be 300 miles away later in the day for an important appointment. They quickly got to work on my truck and had me back on the road before 10. The price was quite reasonable and they even picked me up at my hotel. If I didn't live 900 miles away they would without a doubt be my regular shop. Thanks you guys!

If my car breaks down again this is where I'll be taking her! I originally took my car to the dealership to find out what was wrong. The dealership charged me roughly $140.00 for a diagnosis. I walked away with a list of things that needed to be repaired. Six thousand dollars worth of work that needed to be done. However, I felt like it wasn't right. I called up Esty and they were able to give me a second opinion. Free of charge! After his inspection he calls me out and shows me everything he found. I left the shop feeling well informed and greatful for the help.

Have yet to have a bad experience .....i was always told to watch out for auto shops but this place has never done me wrong and they don't break the bank on fixing my BMW

I went to Estys auto center recently when I noticed my "check engine" light came on. I didn't have an appointment, but hoped I could at least get a diagnosis. The entire staff was very courteous & helpful, and within a little over 2 hours they had my vehicle repaired and ready to go. It was a fairly major repair, so I was very impressed by the entire experience..including the total cost when completed. The business is very clean & the staff very professional. I would like to thank & recommend Estys auto center..I had a fairly serious car problem recently, & stopped in with no appointment, hoping to at least have someone help diagnose the problem. Estys Auto repair is my new repair shop. I have used A&M in Vancouver for over 20 years. I live here so I now have a new professional shop to keep my pickup going. Esty's replaced my alternator and serpentine belt yesterday. Very professional, friendly, clean and VERY reasonable prices for OEM replacement parts and labor! Best shop in Longview/Kelso. I'm very picky when it comes to who I allow to work on my Tahoe...they've now got this lifetime customer!

I took my car in without an appointment to have my air conditioning services . While scheduling it to be done the tech said he could get it done today I wasn't expecting that. They had it done in a few hours. That we're professional and very informative. My air works great now. I will recommend them to anyone that needs to have their care service.
