The crew at Esty's went way above and beyond to help me with a breakdown nearly 1000 miles from home. My starter decided it wasn't going to work any more at 1AM, so I had my truck towed there at the recommendation of a fuel truck driver. The next morning they promptly repaired my truck and got me to my appointment across the state on time. They did it all with a smile, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Esty's crew, I really appreciate what you did.

Was told certain things were wrong with my van, but after a 2nd and then 3rd opinion they straight out lied. Im very disappointed in them trying to take advantage of me.

Performed an inspection for me as part of a private party truck purchase. Reasonable fee, prompt service, great information. Acted not just as a mechanic but as a confidante in the buying process, letting me know that the seller who brought it in, didn't want them to provide the VIN to me as the buyer. My starter failed me at 1 AM on my way to northern Washington. They were suggested to me by a fuel delivery driver at the gas station where I was stuck. I had AAA tow me to them and found a hotel room so I could crash for a few hours. I called them at 8 and explained I needed to be several hours north later in the day. They were extremely accommodating and had me back on the road by 10. They even picked me up from the hotel and brought me back. Their customer service was excellent and prompt, and I felt the price was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop for any needed repairs and maintenance.
