Performed an inspection for me as part of a private party truck purchase. Reasonable fee, prompt service, great information. Acted not just as a mechanic but as a confidante in the buying process, letting me know that the seller who brought it in, didn't want them to provide the VIN to me as the buyer. I got a thorough description of the state of the vehicle, and everything I needed to determine this is not the right truck for me! Thanks Esty's, excellent honest work.

My starter failed me at 1 AM on my way to northern Washington. They were suggested to me by a fuel delivery driver at the gas station where I was stuck. I had AAA tow me to them and found a hotel room so I could crash for a few hours. I called them at 8 and explained I needed to be several hours north later in the day. They were extremely accommodating and had me back on the road by 10. They even picked me up from the hotel and brought me back. Their customer service was excellent and prompt, and I felt the price was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop for any needed repairs and maintenance.

Esty's did me a solid today. I broke down nearby, passing through at 1AM. The tow driver took me to them, then to a nearby hotel so I could get some much needed rest. Right when they opened they called and we briefly discussed my problem. I explained I needed to be 300 miles away later in the day for an important appointment. They quickly got to work on my truck and had me back on the road before 10. The price was quite reasonable and they even picked me up at my hotel. If I didn't live 900 miles away they would without a doubt be my regular shop. Thanks you guys!

If my car breaks down again this is where I'll be taking her! I originally took my car to the dealership to find out what was wrong. The dealership charged me roughly $140.00 for a diagnosis. I walked away with a list of things that needed to be repaired. Six thousand dollars worth of work that needed to be done. However, I felt like it wasn't right. I called up Esty and they were able to give me a second opinion. Free of charge! After his inspection he calls me out and shows me everything he found. I left the shop feeling well informed and greatful for the help.

Have yet to have a bad experience .....i was always told to watch out for auto shops but this place has never done me wrong and they don't break the bank on fixing my BMW

I went to Estys auto center recently when I noticed my "check engine" light came on. I didn't have an appointment, but hoped I could at least get a diagnosis. The entire staff was very courteous & helpful, and within a little over 2 hours they had my vehicle repaired and ready to go. It was a fairly major repair, so I was very impressed by the entire experience..including the total cost when completed. The business is very clean & the staff very professional.
