I had a pre purchase inspection done at Esty's and the help i got from Taylor was exceptional. She made an extra effort to coordinate the work, as i was out of state and relied on her good will to make it all happen. The service was worth every penny as i found out how much work the F-150 i was looking at needed. Highly recommended!

My daughter's alternator started going out on her way to work. She made it to Esty's. I told her I would come get her and contact the shop when they opened. They had it fixed and ready to go by the time she was off work the same day. David even went and picked her up from work so I didn't have to drive from Cathlamet to Rainier again. We take all our cars to them but today was an especially great experience. I can not speak highly enough about not only David but everyone at Esty's. You will not find a better shop any where in the Cowlitz County area.

First time. Very nice. Knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that the front desk receptionist could also explain what was being fixed using technical and non-technical terms. Price, I think, is comparable but you get what you pay for and I think it was reasonable.

Great service. Took my old 2000 honda in for a starter problem, fixed it and let me know what else needed attention. Fixed those and months later car working great. Friendly people. They have my recommendation.
