very happy about the service very friendly people it just so happens I know the owner and that’s a comforting feeling because I know how honesty he is I will definitely be taking my rig back for any of my needs it’s hard to find honest mechanics so it’s nice to have a good one right in our little town and I think they’re pretty reasonable on prices👍🏻

I took my car in for service, I heard a noise coming from the front of my car, and they replaced a belt. After I picked it up I noticed that the noise was still there. I called them and they told me to come back and they would look at it. They found an issue from another place that had worked on my car and were able to fix it up so I so could get back on the road. Cassie the tech who worked on my car was very professional, and went along with me on a test drive to help diagnose the problem. The other staff onsite were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them if you need your car serviced.

Reasonable rates, fast service

I had driven from Seattle to visit my father in law for Thanksgiving. Made it to Longview, but the next morning my car could barely chug out of the parking lot. I walked over to Les Schwann tired and they referred me to Esty’s. Best move ever! The staff was very understanding and took good care of me. My car purred all the way home. They gave me another reason to count my blessings this season.

Update: Took my car in for brakes and transmission service. Very professional shop. Got everything done 1.5 hrs sooner than expected. I trust Esty's. I know I'm getting excellent service, and Brian is always upfront and honest about the best way to go. The receptionist, Emily, is great and a pleasure to deal with too. I 've been taking my car to the dealership for service because I couldn't find a shop I trusted. Of course, that comes with paying exorbitant amounts for parts and labor. But then I was referred to Esty's! They are amazing! Great customer service and they charge half of what I was paying at the dealership. I was treated with respect and knew exactly what was being done to my car before I ever signed off or paid for anything. When I asked about certain services the dealer had told me needed to be done, they double checked those things for me at no charge. Turns out I dont have to worry right now; all is well. So no hard sell on something that is still fine. I have found "my auto shop" and will be referring friends and family here. Thank you, Esty's!

We have had Dave work on many vehicles through the years as we trust him and the work completed by his team.
