Very friendly and well trained staff, service was performed on time and waiting room and shop was neat as a pin. RECOMMENDED!!!

They did amazing turn around time wise , and cost wise for everything on our town and country van. We had multiple problems, some we knew about, some we didn’t. From leaks, to Rotors and locked calibers they fixed it all for us! We Dropped it off Friday( Saturday and Sunday they are closed) and would have had it back Monday but we had a problem with the exhaust manifold so we got it back Tuesday. The receptionist was fantastic! She was super friendly, bubbly,awesome customer service, helpful helped knock the price down as much as she could. As we were driving away the dash and radio flickered so we went right back and they looked it over and fixed it no charge( just loose battery cables) We Will definitely be back for our mechanical needs!

I recently made my first appointment, which they were aware of. I told them the symptoms my car was having and that I needed a quote, I brought it in at 9 am as scheduled. No estimate of how long or price for quote. Called at 1 pm to check, hadn't gotten to it yet, was on lunch. Got a call at 4 pm, gave me quotes for many things, some not pertaining to issue, said I'd call back. I called and said I'd be coming to get car, wasn't sure was worth repairing. I arrived not expecting to pay much but had a $163 bill, worst quote I've ever gotten, didn't have price amounts on printed "quote" of issues. Didn't have any results of the many tests it says were ran, just a small list of recommendations without prices, so much for a quote. Car was quiet when I took it in and now it sounds like a mower.

My mom's 2012 Chevrolet Equinox had the engine light come on. It was throwing an ECM code. The "local" oil change place said it was safe to drive. Something told me to call Esty's. They were closing, but if I could get mom to take her car there within a few minutes; they'd be happy to check the code. Mom finally made it to the shop after car kept dying at stop lights. The code was read & found to be unsafe to drive. We left the car there for them Friday evening to do diagnostic test on Monday. A service that the "local" oil change place did was botched. They failed to put the transmission plug back in & never used the correct oil even though it was paid for. Thankfully mom didn't drive car too much after said service. Esty's fixed car & it's running good. We won't be taking her car to the "local" oil change place anymore! I highly recommend this shop. The people are helpful & were very kind to my mom. Thanks again for great service!

My previous dealings with this Auto Center where top notch. The place is clean, organized and David the manager is very kind, professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. I needed an estimate and I received at no cost! Cannot compare to most places in Longview or Kelso that charge you just to look at your car. pricey but worth it
