This shop was referred to us by a local as we are fairly new to the area. I had bought an old truck and was looking for someone to do the ole once over. The people are nice to deal with. Taylor represents the shop well. The mechanic working on my truck did a thorough job checking my truck. The communication was delayed as I was told I would receive an update on Thursday, but did not. Was told they would have something to me Friday. I did not receive an update. To be fair, this isn't my everyday vehicle so I wasn't all that worked up about the inconsistency, but if you say you're going to update, update. Even if it's to say you're still working on it. In the end, I received a comprehensive report of what they found. Honestly, most of the stuff I fixed myself and will monitor the rest. I have no Issues recommending Esty's to anyone who asks.

Been going to Estys for the past 3 years. It has been a wonderful experience with great customer service. However this last visit was a bit inconvenient considering I made an appointment for an oil change and specifically asked how long it would take. They stated it would be 30 mins therefore I went ahead and scheduled it because I had work appointments to attend to right after. After waiting for almost an hour since I dropped my car off, I called Estys and they said my car wasn’t in the bay yet. They stated it would be 10 mins before they could get it in. I understand the busyness of businesses, but what’s the point of having an appointment if you can’t get it in on time?

I had a pre purchase inspection done at Esty's and the help i got from Taylor was exceptional. She made an extra effort to coordinate the work, as i was out of state and relied on her good will to make it all happen. The service was worth every penny as i found out how much work the F-150 i was looking at needed. Highly recommended!

My daughter's alternator started going out on her way to work. She made it to Esty's. I told her I would come get her and contact the shop when they opened. They had it fixed and ready to go by the time she was off work the same day. David even went and picked her up from work so I didn't have to drive from Cathlamet to Rainier again. We take all our cars to them but today was an especially great experience. I can not speak highly enough about not only David but everyone at Esty's. You will not find a better shop any where in the Cowlitz County area.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop! I had a major repair that I needed done quickly. They were fast, and did great work. I will use their services anytime I need a repair. Five stars is just not enough!

First time. Very nice. Knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that the front desk receptionist could also explain what was being fixed using technical and non-technical terms. Price, I think, is comparable but you get what you pay for and I think it was reasonable.
